Reporting a problem? Include these 3 things

Conversions happen in your browser, so I cannot see your files, and there is no account system. To reproduce a problem I need:

1. The input format, such as a zipped shapefile or a KMZ.
2. The output you chose.
3. Any message in your browser's developer console. Press F12 to open it.

Other reasons to write

• A format you need that is not in the list of converters.
• An error in a guide or converter page. It will be corrected; the editorial policy says how.
• General feedback on what works and what does not.
