By using GISConverters you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

GISConverters provides free, in-browser conversion of geospatial file formats. Conversion runs locally on your device using a GDAL engine compiled to WebAssembly; we do not receive or store the files you convert.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Geospatial conversion can be lossy or imperfect depending on the input, and we do not guarantee that any conversion will be complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Always verify converted data before relying on it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you convert and for ensuring you have the right to use them. Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GISConverters and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including any loss of data.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense and its partners subject to our Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
